What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure store profitability by driving sales, controlling labor, and managing cost of goods.
- 2Oversee preparation and service of all food and beverage items meeting NAYA’s recipes and quality standards.
- 3Manage daily shift schedules and adjust based on sales volumes.
- 4Conduct ordering, monthly inventory, and control stock levels for food, equipment, and supplies.
- 5Review and manage daily time punches to resolve clock issues.
- 6Control cash and receipts through accurate handling and reconciliation procedures.
- 7Complete administrative tasks including guest incidents and manager checklists.
- 8Lead by example with a guest-first mindset and conduct pre-shift meetings.
- 9Ensure staff compliance with labor laws and manage meal breaks.
- 10Resolve conflicts and escalate issues to the General Manager.
- 11Model strong leadership to earn team respect and provide coaching.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of relevant leadership experience
