What You'll Do9
- 1Own profit and loss for assigned electrical service projects, from estimate to closeout.
- 2Direct field teams daily, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- 3Assess project risks early and apply processes to prevent issues.
- 4Build strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
- 5Run project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- 6Resolve conflicts and emergencies with a calm, hands-on approach.
- 7Mentor field personnel on technical skills and company standards.
- 8Use Bluebeam and Accubid to track costs, change orders, and documentation.
- 9Collaborate with sales and operations to grow customer accounts.
Requirements8
- 110+ years in electrical construction or service management.
- 2Bachelor's in construction management or equivalent field experience with a high school diploma/GED.
- 35+ years in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships.
- 4Strong understanding of electrical codes, industry practices, and project performance metrics.
- 5Proven ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- 6Hands-on experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite.
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- 8Willingness to travel regionally to project sites.
