Service Advisor, Fleet Maintenance & Customer Support
Overview
Service Advisor at Amerit Fleet Solutions will own coordination of fleet repairs for strategic accounts at scale across multiple sites. You will manage third party software, track parts, and communicate progress to clients and technicians to minimize downtime. Join a fast growing fleet maintenance team and contribute to safety, training, and customer satisfaction. You will work with a cross functional group including Fleet Managers, technicians, and purchasing to optimize repair workflows.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and manage repair scopes with customers to align on timelines and deliverables
- 2Design and track parts orders and ETA updates across internal systems to keep repairs on schedule
- 3Lead customer communications to provide status updates and manage expectations
- 4Own RO lifecycle from start to finish to ensure timely completion and accurate billing
- 5Drive maintenance planning with clients to schedule planned events and avoid downtime
- 6Ship accurate work orders and coordinate with technicians and fleet managers to meet requirements
- 7Coordinate cross site scheduling and travel between locations as needed
Requirements8
- 13+ years automotive technical experience
- 2Prior technician or mechanic experience preferred
- 3Familiarity with key vehicle parts and fleet systems
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to update and interact in fleet software and spreadsheets
- 6Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
- 7Read and create spreadsheets and reports
- 8Ability to travel between locations as needed
