What You'll Do7
- 1Build and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
- 2Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to determine root causes.
- 3Lead inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
- 4Document repairs and complete work orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- 5Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
- 6Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- 7Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support fleet operations.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
- 2Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- 5Ability to work independently and in a team
- 6Willingness to meet physical demands of the position
- 7Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings including drug screen and DOT physical if required
