Overview

This role focuses on friendly service, meticulous station upkeep, and compliant operations across alcohol service and cash handling.
What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests at assigned station and take accurate orders while communicating menu changes
- 2Ensure work stations are stocked and clean at shift start and end
- 3Assist supervisors with guest complaints and resolve them professionally
- 4Serve food and beverages to meet menu specifications and SOPs
- 5Maintain accurate cash handling, tips accountability, and processing of payments
- 6Prepare requisition forms for supplies and manage par stock inventory
- 7Set up and break down dining room, tables, and equipment for reservations or events
- 8Monitor guest intoxication and refuse service when necessary
- 9Comply with state, local, and brand standards for alcohol service
- 10Complete side work and maintain quality standards throughout shifts
Requirements5
- 1High school education or equivalent plus one to two years experience
- 2Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- 4Open dining room, grill, and pub areas per shift requirements
- 5Ability to communicate menu specials and changes clearly
