Overview
Bar back role supporting high-volume service at a premier golf venue. You will stock, prep, and maintain bar area during night shifts and weekends, ensuring clean, efficient service for guests. Work with managers, kitchen staff and security to uphold brand standards and safety. This role offers exposure to a major PGA TOUR property and event-focused environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain an stocked bar with liquors, syrups, glasses, napkins and other items
- 2Prepare garnishes and manage ice wells and keg changes to ensure smooth service
- 3Clean spills and organize the counter while keeping bar area neat
- 4Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security to deliver efficient service
- 5Perform end of night cleaning including sanitizing surfaces and trash removal
- 6Set up and break down buffets and decorations as requested
- 7Attend pre-meal meetings and complete daily side work
- 8Monitor guest comments and escalate intoxication concerns to supervisors
- 9Follow brand standards and safety guidelines throughout all shifts
- 10Assist with special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Minimum of two years in a high-volume bar role
- 3Legal age to serve alcohol
- 4Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long hours
- 5Willing to work night shifts weekends and holidays
