What You'll Do8
- 1Stock ice, liquor, beer, and mixers behind the bar during peak shifts.

- 3Clear and reset tables within 2 minutes of guest departure.
- 4Run food and drinks from the pass to tables during rushes.
- 5Break down bar stations and dump trash at closing.
- 6Assist bartenders with draft lines and keg changes.
- 7Maintain floor safety by mopping spills and removing hazards.
- 8Communicate stock shortages to the manager on duty.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in barback or busser role in a high volume venue.
- 2Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hour shifts.
- 3Knowledge of draft beer systems and glassware standards.
- 4Must be 21+ and able to work weekend nights.
- 5Working knowledge of POS systems for table numbers.
- 6Valid food handler card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
