What You'll Do8
- 1Clear and clean bar tops, glassware, and service areas to maintain a polished look throughout high-traffic shifts.
- 2Stock napkins, straws, and glassware to keep stations ready for peak service.
- 3Refill liquor bottles and prep garnishes to support bartender efficiency.
- 4Clean spills and broken glass immediately, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- 5Track inventory levels and communicate shortages to the bar manager.
- 6Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and final restocking.
- 7Follow all policies in the Associate Handbook, including attendance and dress code.
- 8Adapt to varying guest volumes, adjusting pace to maintain service consistency.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age.
- 2Prior hospitality experience in a bar, restaurant, or event setting.
- 3Working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and spirits.
- 4Proven time management and task prioritization in a busy environment.
- 5Must obtain required certifications per local or state rules, such as Food Handler or Alcohol Server.
- 6Ability to communicate clearly and follow verbal instructions.
- 7Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Skill to multitask calmly during peak hours.
