Overview
As a Barback at Restaurant 1, you will own bar inventory and cleanliness, supporting a team of 5+ bartenders in a high-volume venue. What You'll Do7
- 1Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware every shift to sustain service levels.
- 2Clean and organize the bar area, including sinks, shelves, and workstations.
- 3Prepare ingredients and beverages, such as cutting fruit and mixing simple syrups.
- 4Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
- 5Enforce health and safety regulations during all tasks.
- 6Greet guests and answer questions to enhance their experience.
- 7Collaborate with bartenders and servers to expedite order delivery.
Requirements7
- 11+ year experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred.
- 2Strong communication and teamwork skills.
