What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain clean and sanitary conditions for dishes and kitchen areas
- 2Show up for shifts and operate the dish machine and chemical dispensing system
- 3Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in food preparation as needed
- 4Set up and break down buffet tables and theme decorations
- 5Assist in storing groceries and supplies and respond to equipment malfunctions
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- 3Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- 4Comfort with kitchen and dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation
