Overview
The dishwasher will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area and support food production at a sports venue. You will handle dishwashing, utensil care, and basic storage while complying with safety guidelines. This role works onsite in Phoenix, AZ, on a part-time contract basis.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain sanitary dish room and kitchen areas ensuring supply levels for the Food & Beverage Department
- 2Operate dish machine and three compartment sink and report malfunctions
- 3Assist cooks and Executive Chef in food preparation as needed
- 4Set up and break down buffet tables and decorations including ice displays
- 5Carry out special projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 3Willingness to work shifts based on business levels
- 4Compliance with safety and health regulations
- 5Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
