What You'll Do5
- 1Clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations
- 2Stock dishware and keep dish areas clean in collaboration with bussers and cooks
- 3Maintain a supply of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils
- 4Follow safety and sanitation procedures and upkeep cleaning standards including sweeping and mopping
- 5Handle trash, replace bags, and manage trash cans while observing guest safety guidelines
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends
- 3Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- 4Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- 5Desire to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
