What You'll Do7
- 1Collect used dishes, plates, and utensils from the dining area and kitchen.
- 2Load washing machines with dirty dishes and unload clean items when cycles finish.
- 3Stack washed dishes, glassware, and flatware in assigned storage areas.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout your shift.
- 5Support the kitchen team by keeping dishware available for service.
- 6Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment.
- 7Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed, including Pastry Techniques.
