Overview
This role supports kitchen operations at a private club in Phoenix and handles dishwashing duties onsite. You will maintain a clean dishwashing area, support kitchen staff, and contribute to overall efficiency. You will join a team focused on hospitality excellence and member service.
What You'll Do10
- 1Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes pots pans utensils and glassware
- 2Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to storage using health and safety guidelines
- 3Maintain organization of the dishwashing area and manage waste disposal and recycling
- 4Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment as needed kitchen operations
- 5Support members and guests with the 3-steps of service and resolve issues professionally
- 6Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report equipment malfunctions
- 7Follow safety procedures for handling dishwashing chemicals and equipment
- 8Participate in regular cleaning tasks such as floors, appliances, and surfaces
- 9Assist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment
- 10Attend daily briefings and collaborate with team to ensure club operations
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Prior dishwashing or kitchen support experience
- 3Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- 4Able to lift up to 100 lbs
- 5Good communication and ability to follow instructions
- 6Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- 7Compliance with safety and health guidelines
- 8Ability to work in varying temperatures
