The Cypress of Charlotte Club seeks a Dishwasher to own the dish and pot washing operations in a resort-style community spanning 65 acres. What You'll Do6
- 1Set up and operate dish washing and pot washing equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- 2Wash pots, dishes, and utensils using commercial dishwashers and sink stations.
- 3Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils in their designated locations.
- 4Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas following daily schedules.
- 5Empty, sanitize, and maintain all trash containers and carts to uphold hygiene standards.
- 6Accept and receive food and supply orders, reporting to the Chef for supervision.
Requirements5
- 118+ years old
- 21+ year experience in restaurant or senior living kitchen operations
- 3Ability to operate dish washing equipment and chemical sanitizers safely
- 4Effective communication, reading, and writing in English
- 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
