Overview
You will own the dish and sanitation cycle for a full-service kitchen, keeping 3-5 meals per day flowing smoothly. What You'll Do6
- 1Operate the dishwasher to clean dishes, utensils, pots, and glassware
- 2Assist with storing food and kitchen items in compliance with Health Department standards
- 3Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including counters, shelves, and equipment
- 4Practice proper sanitation and follow all Health Department regulations
- 5Support the cook and dietary team during meal prep and service
- 6Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout your shift

- 1High School Diploma, preferred
- 2Knowledge of dishwashing and cleaning techniques
- 3Familiarity with food service equipment
- 4Ability to work 10:30 am-6:30 pm with weekend availability
