Overview
You will maintain a spotless kitchen and dining area for senior living residents in Henderson, ensuring every dish is ready for service. Working alongside a dedicated culinary team, you'll support meal prep and uphold sanitation standards. What You'll Do8
- 1Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dish machines.
- 2Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and dietary areas, including mopping and wiping surfaces.
- 3Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in designated locations.
- 4Assist prep cooks with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- 5Monitor and replenish dishwashing supplies, including soap and sanitizer.
- 6Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
- 7Inspect dishes for chips or cracks and report any issues to management.
- 8Follow HACCP principles to ensure food safety compliance.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of experience in a dietary department, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- 2Ability to operate commercial dishwashers and handle cleaning supplies.
- 3Knowledge of sanitary requirements, food safety rules, and regulations.

- 5Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
