What You'll Do7
- 1Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to readiness for service
- 2Support food preparation by handling clean ingredients and assisting with basic kitchen tasks
- 3Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces
- 4Assist bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times
- 5Support catering events and banquet functions by ensuring serving ware is clean and organized before use
- 6Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- 7Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during peak hours and special events
Requirements5
- 1Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- 2Enthusiasm for learning is valued
- 3Familiarity with food service operations including bussing, food handling, or basic food prep is advantageous
- 4Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments can be a plus
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
