Own guest interactions and checkout operations in a high energy family entertainment center. You will manage cash handling, POS transactions, and guest safety in a fast paced, upbeat environment. This role supports multiple departments to ensure a smooth guest experience and contributes to a team focused on growth and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests and respond with urgency while operating scanners and POS systems
- 2Count and manage cash at shift start to ensure accurate pars and process payments
- 3Handle payments via cash, credit card, or vouchers and issue receipts and change
- 4Scan or input coupons and passes in the POS system and verify guest information
- 5Assist with lane setup, shoe rental, ball selection and bowling instructions
- 6Schedule activity times per Andretti standards and monitor guest safety and guideline adherence
- 7Support guest recovery and notify management to maintain positive guest experiences
- 8Communicate clearly with guests and co workers to coordinate service
- 9Attend department and training sessions and maintain clean work area
- 10Follow uniform guidelines and participate as a team player across departments
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- 3Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays and weekends
- 4Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- 5Comfort with bright or flashing lights and loud sounds in a fast paced environment
