What You'll Do10
- 1Greet visitors and set a positive tone for guest experiences
- 2Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines clearly to guests
- 3Ensure safe racing by monitoring karts and track conditions
- 4Operate the point of sale and timing systems to process races
- 5Maintain and clean karts, track, and briefing areas with attention to detail
- 6Monitor guests for safety, enforce guidelines, and assist with guest recovery
- 7Remain knowledgeable about Andretti brand, policies and procedures
- 8Communicate professionally with guests and teammates
- 9Follow opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- 10Adapt to varied schedules including nights and weekends
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Past guest service or hospitality experience preferred
- 3Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- 4Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- 5Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs on occasion
