Overview
Own guest satisfaction in a year round fine dining setting at Ruth's Chris Steak House inside Hotel Park City. You’ll support servers by ensuring tables are ready, beverages and courses flow smoothly, and guests receive attentive service. This role works with a close-knit team in a high standard environment and contributes to seamless dining experiences. The position requires reliable scheduling, weekend and holiday availability, and adherence to health and safety standards.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assist servers by preparing tables and maintaining clean dining areas to ensure a warm, inviting experience.
- 2Deliver timely beverage and course service to guests, coordinating with kitchen and service staff to maintain flow.
- 3Support guest needs with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of orders and preferences.
- 4Receive and stock service stations, china, glassware, and utensils to support smooth service execution.
- 5Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas including food handling and storage.
- 6Communicate effectively with team members to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- 7Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and maintaining knowledge of menu offerings and specials.
- 8Uphold Ruth's Chris standards for appearance and guest interaction at all times.
- 9Adhere to scheduling requirements, including potential weekend and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.

- 1Must have or be able to obtain a Utah Food Handler Permit
- 2Prior fine dining experience preferred
- 3Strong customer service and communication skills
- 4Ability to stand for long periods and walk, bend, reach, and carry lightweight items
- 5Commitment to scheduling demands including weekends and holidays as needed
- 6Impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor
- 7Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- 8Reliable transportation or means to commute to Park City location
- 9Ability to follow safety and health regulations and Ruth's Chris standards
