Overview
As a Server, you own the guest experience across the dining room, from first greeting to final check. You will deliver attentive service and personalized recommendations in a vibrant atmosphere, coordinating with a cohesive team to ensure each course meets high standards. You will master menu knowledge and wine pairings to upsell naturally, turning each table into a memorable occasion. This role centers on guest engagement and teamwork, driving repeat visits in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, leveraging menu knowledge to tailor recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- 2Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, presenting each course with precision to meet high presentation standards.
- 3Upsell appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks using a guest-centric approach that enhances the dining experience.
- 4Maintain tables by clearing plates and glassware promptly, addressing guest needs with attentiveness and efficiency.
- 5Participate in marketing programs, driving gift card sales and special event promotions to attract and retain guests.
- 6Collaborate with the service team, offering helping hands to ensure seamless service flow across the floor.
- 7Respond to guest feedback respectfully, implementing actionable solutions to elevate their experience.
- 8Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a clean, safe dining environment.
Requirements6
- 1Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
- 2Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities with a passion for hospitality.
- 3Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- 4Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
- 5Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
