What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver exceptional white glove food and beverage service to VIP guests premium suite holders and private dining patrons
- 2Set and maintain elegant dining environments with proper table settings linens glassware and service stations
- 3Serve food and beverages using proper service etiquette presentation techniques and timing
- 4Maintain expert knowledge of menus beverages and wine selections to accommodate dietary restrictions
- 5Coordinate closely with culinary bar and premium service teams to ensure accurate order execution
- 6Monitor guest satisfaction throughout events and resolve concerns with urgency and discretion
- 7Assist with event setup breakdown and replenishment of service items
- 8Observe responsible alcohol service practices and comply with company policies and regulations
- 9Build positive relationships with returning VIP guests to encourage repeat visits
- 10Follow Oak View Group standards for safety sanitation food handling and guest service excellence
- 11Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support premium hospitality operations
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 21+ years experience in fine dining upscale restaurants luxury hotels or premium hospitality environments
- 3Proven ability to deliver white glove service with attention to detail and professional presentation
- 4Outstanding verbal communication skills for interacting with high profile guests and executives
- 5Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards table etiquette wine service and food presentation
- 6Ability to anticipate guest needs remain composed under pressure and resolve concerns professionally
- 7Capacity to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in fast paced event driven environment
- 8Valid Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Service Permit or ability to obtain through company training
- 9Basic math skills for processing POS transactions handling cash and credit card payments and balancing receipts
- 10Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- 11Flexible availability for evenings weekends holidays and arena event days
