Lead a comprehensive case management program for Domestic Violence Victims ensuring safety and stability. Manage high-volume caseload while delivering trauma-informed crisis intervention and cultural sensitivity. This role drives outcomes through direct client support and strategic coordination across community resources. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct initial domestic violence assessments using industry-standard tools and practices
- 2Develop individualized case management plans with measurable 90-day outcomes
- 3Coordinate housing placement and secure affordable accommodations for clients
- 4Facilitate access to restraining orders and implement comprehensive safety planning
- 5Provide bilingual English/Spanish support for diverse client populations
- 6Perform risk assessments and maintain ongoing safety protocols
- 7Advocate for tenants and negotiate move-in cost adjustments
- 8Deliver mobile advocacy and community outreach to hard-to-reach groups
- 9Assist with immigration relief applications and document collection for refugee women
- 10Provide crisis intervention and connect clients with mental health and employment services
- 11Maintain confidential client files and complete administrative documentation promptly
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in domestic violence advocacy or related field
- 2Bachelor’s degree in social work counseling or related discipline preferred
- 3Two years of community outreach experience with underserved populations
- 4Two years experience in street outreach targeting marginalized communities
- 5Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish with reading writing speaking proficiency
- 6Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms for system management
- 7Knowledge of CPC Card certification requirements for case management
- 8Experience with BCBA principles in trauma-informed care models
- 9Ability to operate within fast-paced healthcare environments
