Overview
Lead legal services for vulnerable populations at St Johns Community Health. Provide counsel on protection orders, family law, housing, public benefits, and employment issues related to intimate partner violence. Serve low-income individuals and families from diverse backgrounds while maintaining compliance with grant requirements.

- 10Track time and grant activities as required
Requirements11
- 1JD from an accredited law school and active California bar admission
- 25+ years of experience in family law or domestic violence response
- 3Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
- 4Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
- 5Proven ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County and neighboring regions
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for fieldwork
- 7Experience with community outreach and resource navigation
- 8Commitment to social justice and service to underserved populations
- 9Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends for client needs
- 10Familiarity with legal research, document drafting, and case management systems
- 11Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
