This role partners with the sales team to handle billing requests manage client financials and ensure region-wide post-sales needs are met. What You'll Do7
- 1Timely follow up and responses to requests and escalations
- 2Collaborate with customers and internal resources on billing and contract matters
- 3Prepare detailed reports for the sales team
- 4Handle post-sales requirements across the region
- 5Travel approximately ten percent of the time
- 6Support all other team member tasks and additional assignments
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies
