Overview
Director of Operations Flex leads day-to-day operations achieving operational excellence at Flex. Manage production delivery costs guarantee customer specifications and define financial goals while overseeing staff and P&L. Establish Business Unit goals and collaborate with executives to drive strategic plans.

- 1Guarantee production delivery in full on time and specifications at competitive cost
- 2Define operational financial goals
- 3Manage staff and P&L as part of operational business experience
- 4Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments
- 5Execute operational programs aligned with strategic plans and annual goals
- 6Meet with Executive Business monthly to review and evaluate KPIs
- 7Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers
- 8Partner with businesses to establish strategic plans and goals
- 9Direct activities in purchasing production control planning manufacturing engineering test engineering maintenance logistics
- 10Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified workforce
- 11Drive scaling and optimization of manufacturing processes
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience and training
- 2Minimum 8 years management experience
- 3Master's or MBA preferred
- 4Extensive knowledge of PCB manufacturing
- 5Experience with JS21
