Requirements11
- 1Bachelor degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years operations experience
- 2Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and Flex functional standards
- 3Proficiency with data entry office software and database systems
- 4Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate findings clearly
- 5Experience with Flex policies and procedures and cross-functional collaboration
- 6Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff
- 7Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to a clean work environment
- 8Physical stamina to stand walk and lift up to 25 pounds
- 9Close vision and ability to read technical specifications
- 10Experience with Spark Airflow and ETL pipeline development
