Overview
Tableau focused role owning end to end BI dashboards for business insights in a hybrid NJ setting. Own design, development, testing, and deployment of dashboards and reports that inform stakeholder decisions at scale. - 7Mentor junior developers and promote BI best practices across the team
- 8Document dashboards, data sources, and governance for maintainability
- 9Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to dashboard users
- 10Iterate on dashboards based on feedback to continuously improve impact
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5+ years in BI or analytics with expert Tableau development experience
- 2Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling in BI contexts
- 3Experience designing dashboards that support executive decision making
- 4Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Trenton, NJ
- 5Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to gather and translate requirements
