Senior Tableau Developer, BI & Analytics in Hybrid Setup
Overview
Own and deliver end to end BI solutions using Tableau at scale within a hybrid on site / remote environment. You will gather business requirements, design data visualizations, build dashboards, and deploy BI solutions for stakeholders across lines of business. This role is based in Trenton, NJ on a long term contract with a 3 days on site / 2 days remote schedule and requires sharing a public Tableau dashboard as part of the interview process. You will join a team that values independent technical execution and clear data storytelling.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and deploy Tableau dashboards and workbooks that deliver actionable insights for business users
- 2Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into data visualizations and data models
- 3Design data flows and publish BI content to Tableau Server or Tableau Online
- 4Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and performance of dashboards
- 5Present Tableau solutions and insights to leadership to drive informed decisions
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience with Tableau development
- 2Experience designing data models and dashboards for enterprise-scale BI
- 3Ability to gather requirements and translate into visualization specs
- 4Familiarity with Tableau Server or Tableau Online deployment
- 5Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
