Own end to end BI solutions from requirements through deployment using Tableau. Lead technically independent work on large datasets and deliver dashboards that empower business decisions at scale. You will collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid environment and demonstrate deep Tableau expertise. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and deploy Tableau dashboards and data models that meet business requirements
- 2Design scalable BI solutions, data transformations, and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- 3Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications
- 4Lead technical reviews, set standards for dashboard performance, and optimize Tableau workbooks
- 5Drive data quality, governance, and validation for BI deliverables
- 6Ship dashboards that provide actionable insights within 90 days and reflect business impact
- 7Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Tableau development
- 8Coordinate hybrid on site and remote work to ensure project milestones are met
- 9Debug complex data issues and implement robust testing and validation procedures
Requirements5
- 110+ years in BI and data visualization with Tableau
- 2Strong background in data modeling and SQL for Tableau data sources
- 3Experience with dashboard performance tuning and data governance
- 4Ability to gather business requirements and translate into BI solutions
- 5Hybrid work availability and willingness to complete a hands on assignment with a public Tableau dashboard
