Overview
The role owns Tableau analytics at scale, delivering dashboards and data visualizations that inform strategic decisions for clients and internal teams. You will work with analytics, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions. You will join a collaborative team focused on reliable data storytelling, governance, and performance at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and optimize Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to drive actionable insights
- 2Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define data models, metrics, and KPI dashboards
- 3Design and implement data workflows and data quality checks to ensure accurate reporting
- 4Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into BI solutions
- 5Ship dashboards with performance considerations, security controls, and versioned releases
- 6Drive improvements in dashboard UX, accessibility, and documentation based on user feedback
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2Proven experience developing BI solutions using Tableau at enterprise scale
- 3Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
- 4Experience working with data sources such as SQL databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
- 5Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia area with a 13-month contract
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
