What You'll Do9
- 1Provide leadership and operational oversight for three licensed before and after-school program sites
- 2Supervise, mentor, and support Site Coordinators and program staff
- 3Ensure programs comply with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations

- 5Build relationships with children families and school partners

Requirements10
- 1Leadership experience in licensed childcare or youth development programs
- 2Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively
- 3Strong knowledge of child development and behavior management
- 4Experience managing multiple program locations with complex operations
- 5Familiarity with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- 6Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 7Passion for youth development and community impact
- 8Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- 9Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- 10At least one year of experience working with school-aged children
