Requirements9
- 1Minimum 18 years old with passion for youth programs
- 2High school diploma or college degree preferred
- 3At least 5 years experience in children's programs
- 4Current First Aid Oxygen and CPR certifications required
- 5Valid 7D license recommended for transportation
- 6Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills
- 7Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday 10am-6pm
- 8Knowledge of group processes and collaborative teamwork
- 9Commitment to YMCA mission and departmental goals
