Senior Project Validation Lead, IVVQM & Integration
Overview
Lead IVVQM engagements for state and local government clients as a Senior Project Validation Lead. You will own the full validation lifecycle, coordinating integration, verification, and qualification activities across multi-vendor systems. Working onsite in Austin with a hybrid schedule, you will orchestrate test strategy and execution with a cross-functional team. This contract role requires CFIUS clearance eligibility, setting it apart with a high-impact public sector focus.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build the validation roadmap for the initial 90 days, aligning IVVQM milestones with project deliverables.
- 2Design integration test cases that trace requirements to system behaviors in Jira and ALM.
- 3Lead verification of system interfaces with Java and REST APIs, documenting results in TestRail.
- 4Coordinate qualification tests with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- 5Debug and triage defects during test execution, driving them to closure with clear documentation.
- 6Drive acceptance criteria with state agencies, validating that solutions meet operational needs.
- 7Scale regression suites across releases, leveraging Selenium for automated coverage.
Requirements9
- 110+ years leading integration, verification, and validation for large-scale government programs.
- 25+ years as an IVVQM or validation lead on state and local government projects.
- 3Hands-on experience with Jira, ALM, and TestRail for test management.
- 4Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and SQL for interface validation.
- 5Experience with Selenium for automated regression testing.
- 6Must be eligible for CFIUS clearance (W2 only).
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8Hybrid presence in Austin required (Mon/Wed/Thurs).
- 9Excellent communication skills for reporting to executives and stakeholders.
