What You'll Do11
- 1Provide application design to gather and analyze requirements and create solutions meeting business priorities
- 2Incorporate new capabilities and modify existing software to support interfaces per the Software Development Plan
- 3Document strategies business cases and evaluate risks for proposed implementations
- 4Plan and lead user sessions to examine processes and execute ground-up redesigns
- 5Demonstrate design meets requirements within schedule constraints
- 6Perform engineering interoperability analysis of COTS test systems
- 7Deliver detailed database designs including data models and control specifications
- 8Offer technical support during new software deployment
- 9Identify streamlining opportunities for stockpile tracking systems
- 10Execute upgrades and enhancements for user needs and policy changes
- 11Lead discussions on solution approaches when encountering legacy code
Requirements8
- 15+ years building OO C# Java web applications with application development best practices
- 27+ years front-end development HTML CSS JavaScript JQuery AJAX
- 37+ years MS SQL Oracle development with advanced query design
- 4Proficiency with version control systems like SVN or Git
- 5Top Secret clearance eligibility with IAT Level II within six months
- 6Strong attention to detail and excellent written verbal communication
- 7Ability to learn quickly and analyze existing codebases
- 8Experience with cloud migration and system modernization techniques
