Senior Validation Engineer CAI
Overview
CAI seeks a Senior Validation Engineer with expertise in pharmaceutical validation to lead CQV activities and drive operational readiness. This role focuses on delivering C&Q tasks aligned with project schedules while supporting compliance documentation and vendor coordination. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform Commissioning Qualification and Validation activities with emphasis on safety
- 2Deliver C&Q tasks in alignment with project timelines
- 3Track and report progress of CQV efforts
- 4Support generation and review of C&Q procedures including SOPs and master plans
- 5Assist with CQV review and qualification of equipment designs
- 6Coordinate commissioning spares and consumables allocation
- 7Allocate project resources for efficient execution
- 8Coordinate support and logistics during CQV execution
- 9Execute design reviews equipment shakedown commissioning FATs IQ OQ and PQ
- 10Collaborate with contractors and vendors for testing
- 11Own and scale validation processes to meet regulatory standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons in pharmaceutical or life sciences roles
- 3GMP environment experience
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Chemistry or Life Sciences
- 5Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- 6Customer-focused mindset with willingness to travel
- 7Ability to influence strategy and identify innovative solutions
- 8Strong partnership-building across teams and disciplines
