Staff Validation Engineer
Overview
Performance Validation, Inc seeks Staff Validation Engineers to join our FDA-regulated facilities across multiple locations. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring life-saving product systems operate correctly while investing heavily in employee growth.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain systems using Python and AWS
- 2Design and execute IQ/OQ/PQ activities at client sites
- 3Document technical processes following FDA guidelines
- 4Conduct system walk-downs in manufacturing environments
- 5Identify and resolve test failures through debugging
- 6Apply cGMP principles to validate clinical equipment
- 7Travel to client facilities for several days per month
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams on validation projects
- 9Maintain detailed records of validation activities
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2Curiosity and ability to learn validation processes
- 3Attention to detail for accurate documentation
- 4Strong communication skills for client interactions
- 5Professionalism and reliability in client settings
- 6Willingness to travel 30-50% of time
