Overview
idX seeks a senior project manager to lead retail fixture programs remotely. The role partners with account executives and internal teams to deliver complex installations on time and within budget. This position offers a chance to shape client experiences while supporting a global organization.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned programs including RFP support order confirmations detailing purchasing production delivery and installation
- 2Develop and maintain detailed project timelines aligning with client expectations and internal execution teams
- 3Serve as primary point of contact for daily project execution communicating clearly with the coach team
- 4Review and approve design and architectural fixture drawings before release
- 5Monitor production status at manufacturing facilities to ensure quality schedule and cost targets
- 6Identify risks early and drive corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders
- 7Manage finished goods inventory reorders and program specific logistics requirements
- 8Support estimating costing and margin management for assigned programs
- 9Track project financials monitor variances and partner with sales operations to protect gross margin
- 10Act as trusted partner to the coach team mentoring project managers and coordinators
- 11Uphold idX standards of professionalism accountability and execution excellence
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree minimum 5–7 years project or program management experience in retail fixture or manufacturing environments
- 2Proven experience managing complex multi phase programs with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
- 3Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes logistics and installation workflows
- 4Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook and ERP systems
- 6Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost tracking and margin awareness
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Highly organized detail oriented ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- 9Willingness to travel as required
