- 15+ years managing freight operations with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading customer service initiatives
- 3Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 42 years of customer service experience required
- 5Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 7Certified in CPC Card or similar logistics certification
- 8Expertise in AWS Certified cloud infrastructure
- 9Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
