The Assistant Project Manager will lead retail construction projects for high-end clients in Minneapolis. - 2Develop expertise in bid documents including trade contracts and specifications
- 3Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and foster innovation
- 4Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly
- 5Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate communication across departments
- 6Research and prepare Requests for Quote for core materials and services
- 7Assist with pricing and purchasing to meet cost time and quality requirements
- 8Build relationships with high-end clients to understand vision and deliver tailored solutions
- 9Document contracts and payment requisitions for cash flow management
- 10Adjust project timelines and manage critical path schedules
- 11Resolve quality issues by coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders
- 12Represent the organization professionally while promoting safety policies
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with preference for graduate candidates
- 2Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools
- 3Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand retail environments
