Overview

Lead customer interface to achieve high satisfaction and profitable growth. Provide strong team leadership ensuring internal and external needs are met from concept to finished product. Ideal EMS or contract manufacturing background. Direct customer team activities as senior day-to-day contact and escalation point. Manage multiple tasks including continuous improvement business analysis quoting and pricing contract reviews change management on-time delivery inventory forecasting. Build relationships and collaborate on forecasting pricing strategies to ensure profitability. Direct new product introduction programs and coordinate proposals. Promote DFx philosophy with customers and within team. Supervise Account Managers Programs Managers and Project Specialists handling performance reviews and development. Assist extended team members including schedulers supply chain analysts product engineers configuration analysts. Support contract development and review. Assess inventory positions develop strategies to manage levels. Participate in senior divisional management activities. Implement improvements for continuous enhancement in customer satisfaction. Monitor critical material issues. Review contractual documents for adequacy. Develop knowledge of customer product utilization strategies. Monitor excess and slow moving inventories. Assist team members to meet needs. Establish reports and monitoring systems for program visibility. Present program status reviews to ensure visibility and coordination. Oversee budgets and schedules to meet requirements and take corrective action. Develop annual department business plan aligned with corporate objectives. Facilitate program status presentations for management visibility. Work with division leadership to develop business plan based on corporate objectives. Support sales activities from Business Development Team.
