What You'll Do17

  • 1Direct and lead customer team activities as senior day-to-day customer contact and escalation point
  • 2Manage customer interface and support critical issues to completion
  • 3Direct new product introduction programs and coordinate proposals and quoting activities
  • 4Promote DFx philosophy with customers and within the customer team
  • 5Ensure all team responsibilities include inter-company activities involving other Benchmark sites
  • 6Direct Account Managers Programs Managers and Project Specialists and conduct performance reviews
  • 7Supervise extended customer team members including schedulers supply chain analysts product engineers and configuration analysts
  • 8Develop and renew contracts with customers
  • 9Review inventory positions and develop strategies to manage inventory levels
  • 10Assist in development and renewal of contracts with customers
  • 11Monitor and support critical material issues as they arise within the business
  • 12Establish reports and monitoring systems to maintain program visibility
  • 13Facilitate presentation of program status reviews for management visibility
  • 14Oversee monitoring and control of budgets and schedules
  • 15Work with division leadership to develop annual department business plan
  • 16Support sales activities from Business Development Team
  • 17Maintain quality standards to exceed customer satisfaction metrics

  • 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
  • 38+ years program management experience
  • 45+ years in leadership role
  • 5600+ employees and associated revenue/customer base
  • 6Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats
  • 7Ability to mentor employees at all levels
  • 8Understanding of continuous improvement tools
  • 9Experience driving solutions to complex planning issues with limited supervision
  • 10Proven track record supporting 24/7 global business operations
  • 11Effective analytical planning and organizational skills
  • 12Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
  • 13Experience collaborating on diverse project teams with minimal direction
  • 14Solid financial understanding risk analysis and relationship building
  • 15Education: 4 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience
  • 16Physical location: Mesa, AZ - Baseline Rd
  • 17Work schedule: M-F 0800-1700
  • 18Available for travel up to 25-40% of time including international trips
