Overview
Lead high complexity projects ensuring accurate ordering and billing while owning customer relationships and coordinating with sales and vendors. Manage delivery schedules and product quality to meet customer expectations.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage all aspects of high profile/complex projects requiring strong product knowledge
- 2Communicate with customers to expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly
- 3Review Purchase Orders to verify requirements and ensure correct terms and conditions
- 4Collaborate with sales and vendors for pricing optimization and product substitutions
- 5Coordinate vendor and customer communications regarding delivery schedules and quality
- 6Provide timely price quotations and proposals while deepening customer relationships
- 7Organize project documentation including O&M manuals and compliance certificates
- 8Train entry level Project Managers and provide project guidance
- 9Perform duties as assigned to support operational excellence
Requirements7
- 17+ years quotation project management or customer service experience
- 2Industry experience in electrical distribution preferred
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- 4Entrepreneurial spirit self-motivation enthusiasm for business
