Project Manager Billing Estimates Software Specialist
Overview
Lead preparation of accurate quotes for products and services using specialized software. Analyze construction documentation to create cost and labor estimates. Ensure deadlines are met while optimizing commission dollars. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve pricing issues. Drive continuous improvements in estimation processes.
What You'll Do15

- 7Consult with coworkers and clients to resolve pricing disputes
- 8Interface with Contractor Sales Team and other departments for support
- 9Ensure quote details include contractor names and other relevant agents
- 10Provide updates to initial cost based on client quantity changes
- 11Identify price adjustment reasons and recommend procedural improvements
- 12Analyze cost trends to assist management in reduction efforts
- 13Manage quotation territory and follow up post-quotation for pipeline management
- 14Maintain professional communication with customers and design clients
- 15Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve estimation accuracy
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred from four-year university or 2-3 years related experience
