What You'll Do12
- 1Engage and develop business with new and existing customers
- 2Attend job site visits and document existing conditions
- 3Analyze construction drawings and specifications thoroughly
- 4Provide detailed takeoffs and cost estimates based on blueprints
- 5Track and follow up on submitted bids
- 6Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion
- 7Prepare AIA G702 and G703 pay app forms
- 8Bid a minimum of five jobs weekly
- 9Maintain high-level reading comprehension of technical documents
- 10Work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- 11Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 12Take ownership of outcomes and grow professionally
Requirements10
- 12 years minimum related experience in construction estimating
- 22 years minimum related experience in project management
- 3Bilingual Spanish English proficiency preferred
- 4Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite applications
- 5Familiarity with OnScreen Takeoff and QuickBid software
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks based on client demands and workload
- 7Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- 8Experience working collaboratively within teams
- 9Proven ability to follow directions effectively
- 10Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
