Overview

What You'll Do7
- 1Fully understand project scope by reviewing plans and specifications
- 2Identify cost variables and research labor material expenses
- 3Prepare and submit estimates to general contractors
- 4Develop budgets and forecasts using specialized software
- 5Forecast building costs with proficiency in estimation formulas
- 6Utilize Timberline and HCSS HeavyBid for estimation tasks
- 7Maintain detailed documentation of all estimation processes
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience as an Estimator
- 2Ability to forecast building costs
- 3Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- 4Proficiency in Excel and Plan Swift
- 5Familiarity with architectural plan interpretation
- 6Experience with Timberline and HCSS HeavyBid
- 7Excellent research and negotiation capabilities
Salary Insight
$55 - $65k per year
