Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will direct crews, enforce safety and quality standards, and serve as the client-facing leader on site.Directing 3-5 crews of up to 20 painters, you will coordinate with project managers and warehouse managers to ensure materials and schedules align. 5-10 years of commercial construction experience. You will own the full lifecycle of painting and coatings projects from estimating to closeout, managing multiple projects simultaneously for public works, federal, military, and commercial clients.
