- 1Actively participate in site safety compliance per Beaver policies
- 2Conduct Pre Job Mid Job and Post Job meetings
- 3Communicate production goals clearly to field supervision
- 4Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 5Develop and communicate project schedules
- 6Monitor subcontractor and supplier activities
- 7Provide mentorship to subcontractors
- 8Engage owners regarding budgets schedules and change management
- 9Lead project reviews and resolve issues with stakeholders
- 10Coordinate project close-out and documentation
- 11Maintain quality conformance to drawings and specifications
- 12Uphold DBE MBE EEO requirements
- 13Inform customers about company capabilities
- 14Identify potential challenges and proactively mitigate risks
- 15Track union environmental and permit related issues
- 16Develop pricing for RFPs change orders and bulletins
- 17Direct pre-job planning cost codes and reporting
- 18Manage payment applications and track revenues
- 19Take lead on safety cost production and profitability issues
- 20Oversee claims and change orders
- 21Travel overnight as required
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in construction project management
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent field experience
- 3Strong organizational prioritization and leadership skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Competent use of MS Office and construction software
- 6Ability to understand industry practices and project impacts
- 7Physical stamina to sit stand and lift up to 25 pounds
- 8Vision requirements include close distance and color vision
- 9Travel overnight capability required
