Senior Project Manager MEP Atlantic Constructors
Overview
Lead MEP project oversight for Atlantic Constructors. Oversee planning and implementation of commercial construction projects. Ensure financial goals and quality standards. Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide revenue forecasts and manage project budgets.
What You'll Do16
- 1Build and maintain positive relationships with internal project teams and external vendors
- 2Design and coordinate construction plans and schedules
- 3Scope out vendor quotes and manage equipment purchases
- 4Coordinate subcontractor activities and issue contracts
- 5Monitor daily metrics and mentor site leadership
- 6Prepare project budgets and financial analyses
- 7Create revenue forecasts and cash flow analysis
- 8Identify scope changes and submit pricing adjustments
- 9Develop recovery plans for safety quality or production issues
- 10Act as liaison with prime clients and engineers
- 11Distribute requirement documentation to subcontractors
- 12Schedule required construction meetings
- 13Plan and organize key team positions
- 14Establish performance standards and monitor staffing needs
- 15Make impactful decisions affecting client relationships and profitability
- 16Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience
- 2Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Self-starter with minimal supervision capability
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to apply innovative management techniques
- 6Pass post-offer drug screening and background checks
- 7Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- 8Availability for standard working hours
- 9Physical stamina for varied work environments
- 10Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- 11Familiarity with BIM process
